Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Free standard US domestic ground shipping on all orders. We are currently not offering international shipping.

  • All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Please note that order(s) placed after 4pm PST are considered as next business day.

  • We require all item(s) be shipped to the billing address of the payment method. No exceptions.

International Shipping

In-store pickup

  • Free local pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.​ Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refund policy

  • AUTHENTICITY 100% GUARANTEED Or Money back. We'll give you a full refund if an item you purchased turns out to be inauthentic. Please email us at to initiate the process. Our team of experts manually inspects every purchase for quality and authenticity.

  • We do not offer returns. Exchange will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Security tag must be intact to exchange for a different item.
